It’s been a while since the last post on the YourBidDirectory.com Blog.  I just wanted to let everyone know that things are going smoothly.  As always, a permanent listing starts at $1 for your website, and you can add to it at any time to increase your site in position.  Today alone we had 11 new listings!  That’s a record for us.

My name is Andrew and I’m the founder of YBD (Your Bid Directory).  This is my first post on our new blog!   I’m going to be using this blog to communicate with visitors by posting site announcements as well as posting some useful webmaster information and tips in regards to SEO, link building, SERPS, etc.  Keep on the lookout for a new post this week with some good information! 

I’d like to use this post to talk about the site.  YourBidDirectory.com is brand new, just over a week old.  The goal is to provide webmasters a place to promote their website efficiently and effectively, giving better rankings and more visibility.  I am going to be working very hard to improve the site and make a  link on the home page more valuable to the customers.  If you didn’t know, YBD is a link directory, or a place for webmasters to submit their sites and increase their rankings, backlinks, and visibility.  But it’s not just any directory.  It’s a bidding directory, which means that webmasters actually bid for position.  The higher the bid, the higher up their listing is displayed.  The top ten links are displayed on the homepage.  All the links are permanent and start at just $1!
